Glass Property Consultants was founded with a singular vision: to provide specialised real estate services in carefully selected locations. By focusing on North Ryde, Macquarie Park, Gladesville, and Lane Cove, we have honed our market knowledge and built strong, lasting relationships with local businesses. MEET THE TEAM

Jason Glass

Director and Licensee

Jason has around 30 years experience exclusively in the North Shore Office and Industrial Market of Sydney. He benefits from a tertiary property education (Bachelor Of Business in Land Economy) and had extensive work experience with two multi-national real estate firms (Colliers & Jones Lang Lasalle) prior to forming Glass Property Consultants in 2000. Jason originally made a career for himself as a specialist in the area of strata office and industrial project marketing. Jason has been the appointed project marketing agent on roughly 400 office suites and industrial units in North Ryde, Lane Cove & Gladesville since 2000. Outside of the project marketing area, Jason is an experienced negotiator in both the industrial and office sectors, having completed many hundreds of transactions ranging from the leasing of small office suites through to the site acquisition and project development of $50 million office buildings. Jason prides himself on long term relationships and long term project roles.

Christa Glass

General Manager

Christa Glass is a co-owner and the General Manager of Glass Property Consultants, playing a key role in the management and administration of the business since its inception in 2000. As an experienced commercial property manager, Christa brings a sharp focus on detail, efficiency, and the financial performance of the assets under management. She oversees the rental portfolio with a strong emphasis on financial management, compliance, and long-term value creation. Christa works closely with property owners, tenants, and contractors alike, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and deliver a consistently high standard of service. Her commitment to excellence and personalised attention ensures all stakeholders receive proactive and professional support, which underpins the trust our clients place in us.

Tia Frazer

Agency Support

Tia is the youngest member of our team and brings a positive, modern perspective to every aspect of her role at Glass Property, as Jason Glass's assistant. A 2024 graduate of Macquarie University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Media, Tia also brings hands-on experience across hospitality, transport, and logistics. Her four years in hospitality management and background in administration have shaped her into a highly organised, communicative, and proactive professional. In her role, Tia supports a wide range of agency functions including property management, building management, sales, and leasing. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn make her a valuable part of the team. Tia's dedication to these agency support roles positively assist our operations and directly enhance the high level of service we aim to provide to our clients.

Julie Strauss

Repair & Maintenance Coordinator

With over 35 years of administrative experience across corporate, legal and property sectors, Julie brings a professional and efficient approach to her role as Repair and Maintenance Coordinator at Glass Property Consultants. She has held senior support roles throughout her career, including 12 years as an Executive Assistant at Unilever, where she managed logistics, communications, and operations. Julie has also worked with other companies in finance and accounts administration, legal recovery, and logistics coordination, giving her a strong foundation in problem-solving and attention to detail. At Glass Property Consultants, Julie is responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance across our management portfolio, liaising with contractors and tenants alike, to ensure works are completed to the highest possible standard. Known for her work ethic, loyalty, and excellent communication skills, Julie is an essential part of our team and helps to keep our properties running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Jodie Hutchison

Property Management & Admin Support

Jodie Hutchison has been with Glass Property Consultants since early 2014. Jodie’s role is to enhance and support our property management and building management functions. Jodie has a background in corporate Facilities Management and Environmental Health and Safety as well as spending time in the Navy. Prior to joining Glass Property, Jodie benefited from a number years of experience working in facilities management providing services for clients including IBM and Westpac Banking Corporation. She has successfully managed portfolios of over 100 sites encompassing office space, retail and residential. This included sites such as Westpac’s 60 Martin Place, BT Financial Group at Chifley Plaza and business critical floors at 255 Elizabeth St, Sydney. Jodie is a valuable member of our team and is heavily involved in day to day property management and building management operations.

Gai Kovacs

Property Management

Gai is a highly experienced commercial property manager with an impressive career history. Gai has held senior property management roles with a large private property owner, was the
Director of a prominent commercial real estate agency whom she was with for over a decade, has worked in the field of property management software and prior to that worked in the property departments of St George Bank here in Australia and the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto. Gai's role is to enhance and support our property management functions and she has a particular focus on financial and lease administration. Gai brings a wealth of knowledge as well as excellent customer service skills to our team.

Bridget Bowden

Sales & Leasing Associate

Bridget is a seasoned sales and leasing agent with 20 years of experience in the North Shore Commercial and Industrial property market. Her expertise spans sales, leasing, and property management, and she is known for her ability to negotiate effectively, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Beyond her real estate career, Bridget also plays an active role in the operation and administration of a construction company alongside her husband. She spent over fifteen years at Balmoral Partners before joining Glass Property Consultants in a full-time sales and leasing capacity. Since mid-2025, Bridget has transitioned to a consulting role, supporting Jason with project sales and leasing as needed. Bridget is a trusted and invaluable member of our team, bringing deep knowledge of the local property market and a wealth of experience to every project she undertakes.
